How it plays
Each age begins with a hand of cards. Choose one, use it to build a structure or a stage of your wonder, or discard it for coins, then pass the remaining hand. Players make these choices simultaneously, so you develop your city while others develop theirs.
Resource production supports later construction; military strength is compared with your neighbors, and different card types provide different scoring opportunities. Buying missing resources from a neighbor does not remove that neighbor's production, but the payment can help fund their next purchase.
Decisions you’ll make
Keep enough production or money to pay for later cards instead of choosing every early card for immediate points.
Check neighboring military strength and the cards you are passing before deciding where to compete.
