How it plays
Players reveal category cards onto personal face-up piles. Whenever two visible symbols match, those players race to give an example of the category on the other person’s card. The winner takes the loser’s top card into a separate scoring pile.
Removing a card exposes the one beneath it, which can immediately trigger another face-off. Wild cards also connect different symbols. Drawing pauses until all current matches are resolved, so you need to keep watching after the first answer.
Decisions you’ll make
The challenge is rapid recall rather than planning several turns ahead. Track the visible symbols and categories around the table; focusing only on your own new card leaves you unprepared for a match elsewhere.
Learning the game
Light: reveal, match, and answer, with wild symbols and cascading matches adding the main exceptions.
