How it plays
As storyteller, choose an illustrated card from your hand and give a clue for it. Everyone else submits a card that could fit the same clue. Shuffle those cards together, then the other players vote for the one they think belongs to the storyteller.
A clue that everybody understands is no better for the storyteller than one nobody understands: you score for being found by some players, but not all. Other players can earn bonus points when their submitted pictures attract votes.
Decisions you’ll make
Balance recognisable detail against ambiguity. A private reference may exclude the whole table, while describing an obvious object can make your picture too easy to identify.
When submitting a decoy, look for the strongest connection to the actual clue, rather than simply the picture you like most.
Learning the game
Light: the submit-and-vote sequence is short; the unusual storyteller scoring needs a clear example.
