How it plays
Hold your cards facing outward. On a turn, give one permitted clue, discard a card to recover a clue token, or attempt to play a card into a firework. Each colour must rise from one to five without gaps.
A clue identifies all cards of one colour or number in one teammate’s hand. It uses a shared token, so the group cannot explain everything. A failed play uses a fuse; the third failure ends the game.
Decisions you’ll make
Choose whether information is urgent enough to spend a token now. A teammate may need to know a card is playable, but another may be about to discard the last copy of something essential.
Track the information you have received as your hand changes. Discards are public, which helps you judge whether a possible play is useful, redundant, or too risky.
Learning the game
Moderate: only three actions, but complete clues, hidden personal cards, and shared token limits are central to the difficulty.
