How it plays
Next Station London gives each player a map and a colored pencil. A revealed station symbol tells everyone which kind of station they may connect to next. Extend your current line from an endpoint, following the printed connections. At the next round, change pencil color and start another line from its designated station.
Each line rewards reaching multiple districts and building a strong presence within one district; crossing the Thames also helps. Tourist sites and stations shared by different colored lines add further scoring opportunities. Routes cannot simply cross wherever convenient, so the first line changes what later lines can reach legally.
Decisions you’ll make
Before extending toward a distant district, check the stations and paths you leave for the other three colors. Reaching a useful interchange can preserve several future scoring opportunities.
Compare another stop in your strongest district with entering a new district. The two parts multiply in line scoring, so their value depends on what your route already contains.
