How it plays
Each player has three flower discs and one skull, all with identical backs. Add a hidden disc to your pile or start bidding on how many discs you can reveal without finding a skull. Once bidding starts, players can only raise or pass.
The last bidder standing becomes the challenger. Reveal from the tops of piles, clearing your own pile before moving to anyone else’s. A successful challenge wins a round; a skull costs a disc. Two won rounds win the game, while losing every disc eliminates you.
Decisions you’ll make
Flowers make your pile useful for your own challenge, but can also help an opponent. A skull threatens anyone relying on your pile. Your bids and earlier reveals give the table information about which risk you took.
Decide when to pass rather than defend a bid that has become implausible. Passing does not protect your discs from being chosen.
