How it plays
Welcome To Your Perfect Home gives everyone the same three combinations of house number and action. Players choose independently and write a number into one of three streets on their own sheet. Numbers must increase from left to right, so leaving a gap does not guarantee that a later number will fit it.
An accompanying action can add a pool, improve a park, erect a fence or change another part of your development. Fences define estates that score according to size and improvements. Shared city plans reward completing particular arrangements, with a higher reward available to the first players who achieve them.
Decisions you’ll make
Consider the number and the action together. A useful pool action may carry a number that leaves too little room for the remaining houses on that street.
Before fencing an estate, compare its size with both the city plans and your scoring improvements. A boundary that completes one goal also limits how that street can develop.
Learning the game
Moderate: teach increasing street numbers, the six action types, estate boundaries and public plans.
